| Description: | Young people, ages 9-11, can come enjoy making tacos at the library, led by a professional children's cooking instructor! Kids will work in pairs and create their own taco feast with guacamole, salsa, beans, cheese and lettuce. They will practice knife skills, mashing, seasoning and assembling. Space is limited, and registration is required. Please email msorensen@southboroughma.com to sign up. The tools for this program were provided by the Friends of Southborough Library. This series of programs is made possible with grant funds from the Library Services & Technology Act distributed by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. |
