| Description: | Coffee and Fine Chocolates in-person at the library. This presentation covers everything there is to know about java! The interesting history, benefits, how and where coffee and choc. hail from, the famous pioneers in both industries, interactive trivia quiz, best brewing and roasting methods, fun coffee terminology. Choc. Tasting wheel for each patron. Fun display of vintage coffee grinders and coffee pots, chocolate exhibits that include Espresso chocolate, “coffee cup” molded chocolates, bittersweet and a classic decaf Italian Affogato. Specialty Coffee Assoc. of America Certified in “Coffee Foundations”. This series of programs is made possible with grant funds from the Library Services & Technology Act distributed by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. | |
