Get a Library Card

Any person who lives, works, attends school, or pays property taxes in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is eligible to receive a library card free of charge.
To get your library card, please bring in a photo identification and proof of your current residence, such as:
- a valid driver’s license or non-driver's identification with your current address printed on the front
- a photo ID (e.g., a passport or school identification) with a piece of recent, registered mail or other valid proofs of address
Your first library card is free. Replacement cards are subject to a fee of $1.00 per card.
Southborough Library cards are valid at all consortium libraries in the Central/Western Massachusetts region (C/WMARS).
