This even is hosted by the Southborough Open Space Preservation Commission.

Description:  This workshop focuses on learning the basics of sewing (threading a needle, starting and stopping a stitch, and fixing a button) and then invites participants to work on one hand-sewing project and one machine project (i.e. a scrunchie). Limited to 15 participants. Description:  This program invites patrons age 13+ (most ideal for an adult or parent/child craft program) to create a planet pendant using wires and pliers, and then create a unique strand on which to hang it, using leather cording, beads and wire, or macrame techniques. Limited to 15 participants. Description:  Each child will leave with 3 containers of their own unique slime, including fluffy, butter and original slimes. I do not use Borax, and the slime is 100% safe for all skin types.
